Bespoke Envelopes
Bespoke envelopes are manufactured at our Newcastle facility, wallets, pockets, gussets, bangtails, embossed envelopes, envelopes with spot UV varnish, matt laminated envelopes, board and shaped envelopes are produced by a variety of processes with quantities from a thousand to multi million run lengths being produced.
Sheetfed litho: High quality print process with options/choice of size and paper weight. Sheets of coated or uncoated paper printed in up to 5 colours with window/non window options punched to shape and converted (folded and glued) offline.
Lithoflex ®: Cost effective colour print. Reels of coated paper printed up to 6 colours (including process) and converted inline again with or without windows.
Flexo: Used mainly for transactional envelopes. Reels of uncoated paper printed in up to 4 spot colours (non process) and converted, with or without windows.
